Raising awareness for heart disease in black women as well as selfcare.

Our mission is to raise awareness of heart disease among black women. We aim to highlight potential signs of stroke and other symptoms of heart disease.

Attending the 2023 Heart Walk in downtown Saint louis MO, as the founder of the I heart Deanna Foundation was truly a highlight for me. It’s become a cherished tradition, gathering my loved ones to walk for a meaningful cause. Engaging in inspiring conversations and connecting with wonderful individuals only adding to the experience. Looking forward to continuing this impactful journey!

Among Black women ages 20 and older, nearly 59% have cardiovascular disease.

Not even 50% of Black women are aware that chest pain can be a sign of a heart attack; only 33% recognize that pain spreading to the shoulder, neck, and or arms is also potential heart attack sign.

Support from the Community

People come from all over the world and from different organizations to join in this annual charitable event hosted by the America Heart Association. It is always my great pleasure to host a team, as well as donate to them.
